Emily Nogues serves as Of Counsel at Chacoa Law, providing dedicated representation in first-party property insurance litigation and personal injury matters. With a background in both law and psychology, Ms. Nogues brings a unique blend of empathy, analytical insight, and client advocacy to every case.

 

Ms. Nogues is known for her meticulous attention to detail and deep commitment to helping individuals navigate the legal system during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Whether advocating for fair compensation after an insurance denial or supporting a client through recovery following an injury, she works tirelessly to ensure each client feels heard, supported, and well-represented.

 

After taking time away from the legal field to raise her children, Ms. Nogues returned to practice with renewed purpose and focus. Her training in psychology enhances her ability to connect meaningfully with clients, understand their unique concerns, and provide thoughtful, compassionate representation.

 

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ms. Nogues combines her local roots with a strong academic background. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
